1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scrolla (available at scrolla.in) you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Scrolla is an AI-powered typography video advertisement generator. It allows users to create Apple-style kinetic typography video ads for platforms such as TikTok and Meta using AI-generated scripts, customizable templates, and automated video rendering.

The service is offered on a credit-pack model — you buy packs of video exports as needed, with no recurring subscription. Available packs:

• First Video Free — ₹0 · 1 full HD export, 7-day validity (first-time users only)
• Single Video — ₹99 · 1 premium export, no watermark, 7-day validity
• 5 Video Pack — ₹399 · 5 premium exports, 30-day validity, cloud backup(Best Value)
• 15 Video Pack — ₹999 · 15 premium exports, 60-day validity, dedicated support
• 50 Video Pack — ₹2,499 · 50 premium exports, 90-day validity, priority rendering

Scrolla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access the service you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@scrolla.in of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Accounts created by automated means or on behalf of another person without authorization are prohibited.

4. Pack Pricing, Billing & Refunds

All packs are billed as one-time purchases in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Scrolla does not auto-renew or store your payment method for recurring charges. You buy a pack only when you need credits.

Pack pricing:

• Single Video — ₹99 (1 video, 7-day validity)
• 5 Video Pack — ₹399 (5 videos, 30-day validity) · Best Value
• 15 Video Pack — ₹999 (15 videos, 60-day validity)
• 50 Video Pack — ₹2,499 (50 videos, 90-day validity)

Credit validity:

Each pack carries a fixed validity window from the date of purchase (7–90 days depending on the pack). Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and are non-transferable.

Refund policy:

Because credits are digital goods delivered immediately, packs are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been consumed. If no credits have been used, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@scrolla.in. If a render fails on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your account — you are only charged for successful exports.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Scrolla to create content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property rights, including third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents in scripts, logos, or imagery
• Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or constitutes harassment
• Promotes illegal activity or violence
• Is used to resell raw platform access, API access, or rendered videos as a white-label service without prior written permission from Scrolla
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform's infrastructure

Scrolla reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content:

You retain full ownership of the exported video files you create using Scrolla. By using the platform you confirm that the scripts, brand assets, and other inputs you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Our platform:

Scrolla retains all ownership of and intellectual property rights in the platform itself, including the rendering engine, AI models, templates, visual compositions, source code, and all associated technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of platform IP to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scrolla and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Scrolla's total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Scrolla in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
